About me

I am a group leader at the 5th Institute of Physics of the University of Stuttgart.

Before that, I was a Feodor Lynen postdoctoral fellow in Jun Ye's group at JILA in Boulder, and a CoQuS PhD fellow in Jörg Schmiedmayer’s group at the Atominstitut and the Vienna Center for Quantum Science and Technology. During my PhD, I have also been a visiting researcher in Christophe Salomon’s group at École Normale Supérieure in Paris. As an undergraduate, I studied physics in Mainz and Marseille and carried out my diploma work in Herwig Ott’s group at Johannes Gutenberg-University in Mainz.

There are currently positions for Bachelor/Master and PhD students available in my lab.
